Take a good look at who is successful in MLM, and you will see they are all leaders.

You can become a leader.

The only way you can become a leader is to find someone willing to follow you. The only way that can happen is if THEY consider you to be the all-knowing guru who will tell them the MLM success secret.

A Leader has inner belief.

Everybody wants a leader who truly believes. When you can tap into your own bedrock core level of inner belief, you will be astonished at how many people YOU can inspire.

A Leader motivates others.

Network marketers will see you as a leader, because true motivational leaders are almost impossible to find. To be considered a wizard in network marketing, all you need is deep, deep, deep belief.

A Leader has confidence.

You're probably wondering what chance you have to be a leader. I understand. When you can't find the way by yourself, how can you show it to others? The truth is, you are very, very close to being able to show that path to others ... even if you aren't all that confident yet yourself.

A Leader has learned skills to teach others.

You just need a few skills (and, of course, total belief). If you are coachable, and if you are willing to learn the skills, then YOU can be the star in your chosen MLM niche. You can be the #1 person people turn to when they can't do it themselves.


Successful Nework Marketers are Leaders.

You can be the hot leader for some group of people whose future depends on finding a model they can trust and follow. If you truly want success in network marketing, then you MUST become that strong leader. If you look around, it's clear successful network marketers are leaders.

A leader has followers.


A leader must must have followers. People will only follow you if they see in you an unwavering belief that you can help them be successful.

To have that belief, you must get rid of your inner doubt and conflicts. And THERE is the problem. You've gotten used to to and become comfortable with some negative belief. You could even say it helps you, and probably at the expense of a lot of other people. Meanwhile, you fight an internal battle in your soul, a battle you can never win. While that war goes on, it's pretty darned hard for you to get gung-ho about anything.

So how do you find and harness the good, pure belief you really need in order to lead a large group to network marketing success? Believe it or not, it's simple. I didn't say "easy", but it is simple.

Committed to reach my Goals

To meet your network marketing goals (or any other goals!) requires a patient, long-term commitment to a very good plan.

Plus. Not frantic or haphazard, but definitely unwavering urgency, uncompromising urgency ... which you drill into your team right from the start. We lose focus at times.

When your team loses its focus, they generally get pretty
unproductive. You need to understand the mental picture
that spurs them to urgency, and refer them to that picture.


It seems natural to think we have all the time in the world.
And that thought lets us wander down some interesting side
streets, rather than making a beeline for our goal ...
which is the real reason 19 out of 20 people fail to achieve
what they want in life.


To get what you want, you have to know exactly
what it is - and then act with urgency to achieve it.


You have to act like you have very limited time.
The only plan that works is a very, very tight focus
on your fondest desire.. Once you achieve that goal,
you can go ahead and wander the back roads if you want.
But first, focus only on your goal until you have it.


It seems that most people actually see the need to act
with urgency. Yet, it seems the only time it applies is
when they lose their job.

Zero income is certainly URGENT!
But to get everything you really want in life, you need
that consistent, planned daily urgency.


Urgently do those things which will bring
your dreams to life.


Obviously, you can't attack every action as a matter
of life and death. But that's not what you have to do.


In the book "The Slight Edge," by Jeff Olson,
the author shows over and over how a small, truly insignificant
change, repeated day after day after day until it's routine,
can change a life from failure to success.

The key is that when you make a simple change like this,
and you do it consistently, then instead of time being
your enemy, you have put time on your side. That is
when you have really put yourself on your way to success.

MLM Marketing Skills

Hate your job .... but Need the Income ?

I've read that there are almost as many of us who want
a home business because they hate their job as there
are who just need the income.


When someone calls you up from some form you filled out,
they sure push BOTH those buttons. And some of their promises
and pictures can be pretty tempting. Money is one thing.


You and I have both wasted it in the past.
We'll probably do it again. But to succeed and profit
in any home business, you have to be dedicated.


It takes blood, sweat, tears, and time. And you've got
to be pretty enthusiastic - REALLY enthusiastic -
about it to make that commitment.

Otherwise, it's just a waste of time.

Network marketing has always been a relationship business.
To be successful, you've got to get great at building
relationships. People join you only when they believe
in you and see YOU as a leader.


Will that happen 2 or 3 times a week? Possible,
if you're talking to the right people. That means
targeted leads. People need your help to achieve
their dreams. If they think you'll give them the help
they need, they'll join you.


So improve your skills so you can help others
get the things they want, and this business
will work just fine for you.
